Founded in 1980 as an analysis laboratory by doctors De Michele and Valente, it formed a consortium with other laboratories in 2010. Today it is an active part of the Emoteam group and continues its activity in via Sferracavallo as an access point.

The centralized laboratory is equipped with the most cutting-edge instruments and employs highly trained operators to offer access points excellent results very quickly: most tests are performed on the same day.

Daily quality checks on all instruments with samples of known quality. Participation in regional VEQ (external quality verification) platforms with control tests on samples of unknown quality ensures the standardization of results. The Emoteam group has chosen to adopt a quality management system to monitor all production processes. The system is controlled and managed by the quality manager and by the proposed body which periodically verifies and issues certification.
